Flank steak marianated in pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, soy sauce - best broiled or grilled to medium.
Pork loin marinated in soy sauce, honey, sherry, garlic and ginger - then roasted to perfection.
A classic Japanese dish, boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in soy sauce, miran, garlic, ginger and served with teriyaki sauce.
Succulent gulf shrimp sauteed with red curry, coconut milk, spices and fresh basil. Can be made spicy or mild.
