Chef Chris grew up on the eastern end of Long Island, New York with a large extended Italian family.
He was among the youngest students accepted into the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
He has worked in every size of restaurant with varying cuisines including: Small, family owned restaurants, country clubs, Macaroni Grill, Cheesecake Factory, and Cheesecake Bistro.
One of Chef Chris’ strengths is creating meals from scratch (which isn’t typically done in today’s casual style restaurants).
